DeerCamp is a legacy engine for camp memory, tradition, and stewardship. This internal tool protects the best ideas we surface, connects growth execution to product decisions, and keeps the next actions visible.

Evidence, not opinion. Resolve the decisions requiring Founder attention.
Move the three priorities that matter most right now.
Turn assumptions and evidence gaps into validated business learning.
Use what DeerCamp knows now to improve the next decision.
Keep the tools separate, but let this page act as the hub.
Reads camp records, groups DCF installs by source/campaign, and highlights DC+ conversion potential.
Airtable remains the prospect database for taverns, processors, contact data, campaign IDs, and follow-up status.
Defines DCF / DC+ / DCP tier strategy, upgrade reasons, pricing logic, and build priorities.
This page captures product ideas, decisions, roadmap direction, active work, and weekly review notes.
Keep tier strategy visible without turning the Command Center into the full Membership Playbook.
A complete starter camp that gets stewards live, invites members, and proves the memory-first value of DeerCamp.
The operating upgrade: stewardship tools, privacy, roles, rules, planning, maps, support, and cleaner camp management.
The legacy tier: archive, annual recaps, memory books, timeline/history, recovery, exports, and premium preservation.
Track the campaigns that can turn offline hunting-community attention into camp creation and DC+ upgrades.

Separates execution from parked potential and preserves finished work in a searchable completed log.
Finished, validated, or handed-off work moves here instead of disappearing.
Keeps the main Fiverr video, short-form cuts, founder story, and legacy content organized by purpose and next action.
| Video | Purpose | Status | Next action |
|---|---|---|---|
| Main Hero / App Video | Explain the product promise and field-to-camp workflow. | In production | Review Fiverr first cut against the core promise and tagline. |
| Shorts Package | Create quick social and listing-friendly cutdowns. | In production | Select 2–3 angles: capture, living archive, not just the hunt. |
| Founder Origin Story | Build trust and explain why DeerCamp exists. | Next | Draft 60–90 second script from Camp Swede, old photos, Deer Books, and the memory-preservation mission. |
| Legacy Series | Develop emotional content around camp history and family tradition. | Next | Pick the first episode theme: Origins, Dad, Traditions, The Crew Years, or Harvest Stories. |
| Steward Story | Speak directly to the camp organizer / landowner / family lead. | Planned | Outline a 30–45 second persona video around keeping the camp together. |
| Camp Memory Story | Show how a small moment today becomes camp history tomorrow. | Planned | Script one specific memory example with field capture and later playback. |
| Grandfather → Father → Son | Emotional flagship legacy spot. | Planned | Hold until the founder story and Legacy Series frame are clear. |
Capture first. Promote only when there is a clear reason to act.
Optimized for van use. Save the thought fast; refine it later.
Prevents re-litigating choices and preserves why we made them.

The current tool used rigid year/quarter planning. Keep that history below, but operate mainly from Now / Next / Later.
The foundation from the original strategy page stays intact, but is now connected to execution.
DeerCamp exists to preserve camp memories with respect, privacy, and long-term access. Memories remain owned, protected, and never exploited.
A quick reference for the files, URLs, and artifacts that support execution.
A simple rhythm to turn creative pace into shipped progress.
Preserved from the original tool. Replace DeerCamp User Flows.png anytime and redeploy.

The original tool contained a large 2026–2028 quarter ledger. Keep those items as strategic history, but promote only the items that earn a place in Active Work, Idea Vault, or Decision Log.
